He has also been involved in the theater program at Rockhurst University, but is currently focusing on graduating with his degree in May 2010.

He is also a former chapter president, being elected to the position as a mere sophomore. In addition to studying philosophy and religion, he is also learning American Sign Language with hopes of someday becoming an interpreter.
